MAI Awards

Awards

MAI has frequently been recognized for the outstanding level of support provided to our clients around the world.

IRS
MAI was nominated by the Internal Revenue Service as Small Business Partner of the Year in recognition of support provided for an A-76 study of Campus Center Operations.  MAI worked with the IRS to develop the PWS for this study.

U.S. Army, TRADOC
MAI and the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) were the joint recipients of one of the National Council for Public-Private Partnerships' (NCPPP) prestigious Project Awards.  The award was for the extraordinarily successful completion of the TRADOC Command-Wide A-76 Study of the Directorate of Public Works and Directorate of Logistics.

The Army has formally recognized savings of over $113 million per year from this study, based on published data from the U.S. Army's Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management (ACSIM). This outcome makes this one of the most successful A-76 studies ever, as well as the largest (4,484 FTE). Working together, under a contract from the U.S. Army Cost and Economic Analysis Center (CEAC), MAI and TRADOC were able to complete this complex effort at every TRADOC location within the Congressionally-mandated timelines. This accomplishment led to NCPPP's award decision.

FDA
MAI supported the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on six A-76 studies, all of which were completed as in-house wins with significant savings. MAI worked on all parts of the A-76 study process from preliminary planning through award. Due to the success of these competitions, the FDA recognized both the MAI Team and FDA employees who participated in these projects with the Commissioner's Special Citation.

U.S. Army, Europe
MAI was presented the Directorate of Public Works Support Contractor of the Year Award by U.S. Army Europe. This award reflected MAI’s innovative work in competitive sourcing and public-private partnership analysis at U.S. Army installations in Europe. This marked the first time this prestigious award was given for excellence in analytical support, as opposed to hands-on maintenance.
