MAI employs a staff of highly-skilled and experienced professionals who possess both technical and management expertise.  Our staff have achieved high levels of success in their respective fields, and have often been recognized for their contributions and work at MAI. 

Our staff represent a broad spectrum of government, industrial, and academic backgrounds. Their skills include industrial and facilities engineering, international economics and politics, costs analysis, logistics, operations, research, finance, and systems analysis, design and implementation. MAI’s staff includes registered Professional Engineers, Certified Coaches, and other professional recognitions, and the majority of our technical staff have graduate degrees. Our skilled staff provide MAI with the expertise, sensitivity, and responsiveness to client needs and requirements that is characteristic of a mid-sized, owner-operated consulting firm.
