Competitive Salaries
MAI offers competitive salaries that enable us to attract and retain the best consultants in the field. Salaries for entry to mid-level consultants are reviewed semi-annually. Salaries for senior level consultants are reviewed annually.

Incentive Performance Bonuses
All employees are eligible for Incentive Performance Bonuses. These bonuses are awarded at the end of each fiscal year based upon management's assessment of employee's performance and years of service with the company.

New Business Incentive Bonuses
MAI rewards employees who help to grow our business. All employees are eligible to receive New Business Incentive Bonuses.

Company Stock Bonuses
Employees who provide exceptional contributions to new business generation are eligible to receive Company Stock Bonuses.

Recruiting Bonuses
To show our appreciation, the company awards Recruiting Bonuses to employees whose referrals are hired for full-time employment at MAI.
