Company paid life insurance is in the amount of 2x base salary up to $300,000.

Voluntary Life Insurance
Employees may purchase supplemental life insurance, as well as life insurance for their spouse or children.

Short-Term Disability
Short-term disability benefits provide 70% of an employee's weekly salary up to $1,250 per week. Short-Term Disability Insurance is fully paid by the company.

Long-Term Disability
Long-term disability benefits provide 60% of monthly salary up to $7,500 per month. Long-Term Disability Insurance is fully paid by the company.
