Professional Development

MAI recognizes that a well-qualified work force is essential to meet current and future business challenges. MAI provides continuous professional development through a combination of job assignments, mentoring relationships, and training and educational programs. We encourage employees to continue to improve and to extend their effectiveness through various professional development programs.

Mentoring
Our seasoned project managers are dedicated to helping employees develop their professional and interpersonal skills. Employees receive the personal attention needed to help meet their career goals. 

In-house Training Programs
MAI provides lunchtime training seminars for our technical staff. Our Executives, Project Managers, and senior-level staff lead training sessions to help develop employees’ analytical, leadership, management, and client relationship skills. All consultants are encouraged to develop and/or teach a training course, and MAI makes it a priority to allow consultants the flexibility in their schedules to attend internal training courses.

Tuition Reimbursement
MAI encourages employees to continue their formal education by enrolling in work-related graduate level programs. The company offers a generous Tuition Reimbursement Plan to assist employees with tuition expenses.
