MAI developed a complete FAIR Act Inventory of Commercial and Inherently Governmental positions for all agencies within the Department of Justice (DOJ). MAI applied a bottom-up approach to research, verify, and accurately code data on 104,000 positions within the agencies of DOJ. The inventory was conducted using the most current guidance.
