MAI prepared an Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE) for the Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation (PBGC). The IGCE was used to determine cost realism in the source selection of a commercial 5-year cost-plus contract for Information Technology Infrastructure Operations. Functional areas ranged from continuity of operations services and data security to configuration management and network technical support. MAI utilized objectives and workload provided by PBGC to develop cost and staffing recommendations.
