Corps Automated Budget (CAB) System

The Corps Automated Budget (CAB) System provides HQ V Corps and it’s Subordinate Commands with a standardized automated tool to rapidly develop an annual budget and perform sensitivity analysis. Standardized training events, cost element structure, planning factors, cost factors, and estimating methodology ensure that budget estimates are consistently developed. Sensitivity analyses can be performed by altering training locations, length of training events, quantity and mixes of equipment utilized, and equipment operating tempo. The CAB has been developed as a stand-alone PC system and a web-based system connected to a centralized Structured Query Language (SQL) Server database.
