Post-Competition Accountability

Post-Competition Accountability is required for OMB Circular A-76 competitions to ensure the successful organization is operating within the costs proposed and completing the requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Post-Competition Accountability focuses on the specific performance metrics, workload data, and costs of the organization.

MAI is able to provide support in all areas of Post Competition Accountability including:

  • Implement Quality Assurance. Assist with the timely and accurate implementation of Quality Assurance inspections during Phase-In and each Performance Period.
  • Tracking. Develop or modify tracking sheets to assist the organization in collecting and monitoring workload and performance data for both Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
  • Data Collection. Monitor and assist in collection of workload figures, performance data, and operating costs.
  • Analyze Feedback. Receive and analyze Contract Discrepancy Reports or customer comments, and report on discrepancy resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Cost Updates. Collect and analyze actual costs, and update COMPARE Cost Estimates with current performance periods, inflation factors, operating costs, and staffing.
  • Reports. Prepare Quarterly Status Reports and Semi-Annual Reports on workload and performance in Department-specific formats. Provide analyses of trends in workload and/or performance by the organization.
