Private Sector Cost Estimate

The Private Sector Cost Estimate is developed for Streamlined OMB A-76 competitions, and is the estimate against which the Agency Cost Estimate (ACE) is compared. The Private Sector Cost Estimate is an estimated contract price based on market research for performing the Performance Work Statement (PWS) tasks with a private sector source. The Cost Estimate is developed based on the PWS requirements and data gathered from the private sector.
