Quality Assurance (QA) Program Implementation

Implementing the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) is an important step in monitoring the performance of either the contractor or the Agency’s Most Efficient Organization (MEO), and is conducted by personnel outside of the organization. This monitoring helps ensure the work required by the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is completed satisfactorily, and the Government receives the specified services and products.

MAI is able to provide support in all areas of Quality Assurance implementation including:

  • QASP Review. Review and modification of QASP documents where PWS task items, workload, or performance metrics have changed.
  • Documentation. Design workload and performance data tracking sheets and logs to assist staff in recording the quantity and quality of work performed.
