OMB Circular A-76 Training

MAI Project Managers are experienced trainers of all areas of the A-76 process including Preliminary Planning, Performance Work Statements (PWS), Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP), Agency Tenders, and Post-Competition Accountability. MAI develops and delivers general orientation and training to clients that is clear, well-organized, and useful. Upon completion, attendees will be able to effectively participate on A-76 Study Teams (e.g., Preliminary Planning Team, PWS Team, or MEO Team) during a competition.

MAI develops and provides customized briefings and presentations to clients that are useful in communicating the key activities, responsibilities, and schedule for their specific study. In addition, MAI staff includes costing experts who provide tailored, up-to-date COMPARE software training.

MAI also provides customized on-the-job advice and mentoring for those conducting management studies or developing PWS and MEO documents.
